- The Christmas season can bring out the best and worst in us—our vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and fears. Have you experienced that this year or witnessed it in others? How have you dealt with it?
- Simeon and Anna waited a long time for the promised Messiah, and rather than losing hope, they decided to prepare. Where is your focus today: on the things of this world or on the hope of Jesus’ return? How does the hope of Jesus change your daily perspective of hardship?
