Psychology and research back what God’s Word has already told us. We are not helpless victims of the thoughts we think. We can choose to take thoughts of lust or anger or fear or pride and hold them up against Truth, making them obedient to Christ. Screens are not evil, but we each need to carefully examine how our screens are influencing our thought life.
