Repentance.

Series: FOBO (Fear Of Better Options) | Week 4: Now What?

Psalm 139:23-24

“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.”

We all feel sorrow. And if we let it, we can just stay there. Godly sorrow takes it a step further and uses a word to describe what it looks like to be led from sin to salvation – Repent. Repentance says, When God points out anything in my life, in my heart or in my thoughts that offends Him, I’m going to turn from it and go the other direction. I’m going to walk away from sin and toward Jesus.

Respond
