Philippians 1:15-18
Discover
1. What motives do some of the preachers in Rome have as they preach Christ?
2. How does Paul respond to them? What is his main concern? (Note: they weren’t preaching a false gospel, only with false motives).
3. What does Paul rejoice in? How do you think this keeps his heart soft toward those intending to harm him?

Respond

1. What is the difference between ambition and selfish ambition? Ask God now to root out any ambition you may have to make your own name famous and not His.
2. Rejoice today in the Good News of Jesus Christ! Worship Him and ask for the truth of His message to preached to the ends of the earth.
