Perspective to gain.
Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.
You might be walking through life with a great deal of disappointment, anxiety, and discouragement. You might be looking at our past, your current reality, or your future possibilities, and you don’t like what you see. And you're wondering: is this it?
What we all need is perspective. The earliest followers of Jesus faced circumstances that were daunting: They endured persecution, the loss of family, even execution, all because of their faith in Christ. Yet, they were able to walk in confidence, joy, peace and hope because they knew that God's promises were unfolding in their lives, and something even better than their current circumstances awaited them.
Perspective has the power to change everything for you today. Perspective should give you every reason to be filled with hope for what’s yet to come! Share in your groups this week how a shift in perspective could help you in your current circumstances. Thank God today that even if you are facing daunting circumstances, Jesus offers us hope for the future!
Through this series, Aaron encouraged us to read Romans 5-8. Read it as God's personal letter to you!
