Jake Barker, Age Level Pastor

  • Jake oversees the Age Level Ministries at TPCC, which includes the Nursery, Preschool, Children, Middle School, High School, and College Age Ministries. He also serves on the Leadership Team and periodically preaches on Sunday mornings. (Read More)

Aaron Brockett, Lead Pastor

  • As the Lead Pastor, Aaron is the primary communicator and vision caster for the church as he serves shoulder-to-shoulder with the Elders and staff to equip people in our community to love God, love others, and serve the world. (Read More)

Shawn Dilbeck, Worship Arts Associate Pastor

Luke Edgerton, High School Pastor

  • Luke works primarily with the high school students and adult leaders within the High School Ministry at TPCC. His desire is to make Jesus known to students, equipping them to make Him known both locally and globally. (Read More)

Dan Evans, Care Pastor

  • Dan has been a part of the TPCC worship ministry since 1993. In 2009, he assumed the role of Minister of Pastoral Care, leading life groups and the church body in practicing effective pastoral care in response to recognized needs within the Body. (Read More)

Matt Hessel, Connections Pastor

  • Matt works with guests to help them make the transition from first-time visitors to members while connecting them to TPCC via life groups, ministry involvement, Discovery classes, First Step, and other outreach opportunities. He also oversees the baptism process and is involved with one-on-one faith counseling. (Read More)

Dave Jamerson, Outreach Pastor

  • Dave is the Minister of Outreach, responsible for helping to create a comprehensive outreach strategy for the church where every member is inspired and equipped to become an evangelist in their sphere of influence, and for TPCC to be an effective missional church in our local communities. Don Keehner, Growth Pastor

  • Don focuses on guiding, supporting, and encouraging the Pathway Groups and coaching and developing their leaders. He also has pastoral responsibility for the leader development and discipleship that takes place in our Men's and Women's Ministries. (Read More)

Paul Kobylarz, Sports Pastor

  • As Minister of Sports Outreach, Paul's goal is to develop a sports ministry within TPCC with various functions. He also shares in the work of other forms of outreach, such as connecting and integrating new members within the church. (Read More)

Darren Messick, Elementary Children's Pastor

Rhett Morehouse, College Age Pastor

  • As the Minister of College Students, Rhett's heart is to create an authentic community of 18-25 year olds to connect with one another, grow deeper in their faith, and equip them to take the Gospel and love of Christ into their worlds. (Read More)

Jake Nelson, Response Campus Pastor

  • As the Response Campus Pastor, Jake is helping to build the Kingdom of God in downtown Indianapolis by leading people in that area into a community of diversity and compassion. Jake planted Response Church in 2008 and has seen God do some amazing things in the lives the church has touched. (Read More)

Jim Stanley, Executive Pastor

  • As Executive Pastor, Jim oversees the church's strategic process, day-to-day operations, and the pastoral and support staff on behalf of the Lead Pastor, as well as a number of special projects. His work with staff comes primarily in the form of working with those department leaders who oversee the church's five ministry departments - Age Level, Administrative, Discipleship, Outreach, and Worship.
