Fitness class fees are $4 per class or $25 per month session of unlimited classes. Please make checks payable to TPCC. Register any time by filling out a registration form before class.

All you need to participate is modest, comfortable workout clothing, and tennis shoes. Equipment for each class is provided. A water bottle is recommended to keep hydrated.

+ Boot Camp

This class will work your entire body by quickly moving you from one exercise to the next. Workouts will consist of strength and resistance training, cardiovascular intervals, and Pilates-based core exercises. Boot camp is designed to take your body to its limit and will be as challenging as you make it.

+ Infuze

Ditch the workout and join the party! Infuze is an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, calorie burning, fitness dance party. Come and be inspired while burning calories.

Mondays, 10:20 to 11:20 a.m., in The Gym
+ Interval Training

An excellent way to burn more calories and build endurance quickly by alternating high intensity exercise with recovery periods and weight training. Interval Training can help you improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, improve overall aerobic power, break-through a plateau, increase workout duration, and reach new exercise levels. This training method has useful applications for beginners, intermediate exercisers and even conditioned athletes.

Tuesdays, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., in The Gym
+ Pilates

Pilates emphasizes the concepts of core strength. It is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

Wednesdays, 10:20 to 11:20 a.m., in Room B215
+ Stretch

This class will combine intense stretching exercises with mat-based Pilates exercises. Our aim is to lengthen the muscles, then tone them, as we assist you in moving from a dysfunctional to a functional body.

Thursdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in Room B215
+ Strength and Core

This class combines weight-based strength training, along with traditional resistance training, to give you a full body workout. Some classes focus on a particular muscle group, while others provide a circuit style whole body workout, but your core will always be challenged.

+ Child Care

Child care is available for the morning classes only. Please make checks payable to TPCC with "Fitness Child Care" in the memo. Payment is accepted by the instructor on the day of the class.


  • Infants-Preschool (Room 133): $13/child/mo. or $2/child/class
  • Kindergarten (2014-2015) and older (Room B215): $10/child/mo. or $2/child/class for M/W/F classes
  • Kids' Rec (more organized programming including exercises, games, etc., in The Gym or outside): $30/child/mo. or $4/child/class for T/TH classes
