The summer session runs June to July.  An unlimited class pass can be purchased for $45, a one-month unlimited pass is $25, or the per class charge is $4. Child care is $1.50 per child. If you find a class you would like to attend, just show up ... no pre-registration required!

Class Descriptions

5:30 AM Boot Camp- This class is an action-packed, calorie-burning class that will challenge every muscle in your body.  You will increase your strength, endurance, balance, coordination, cardiovascular, and over all wellness.  Some circuits are more cardio driven, while some are more strength driven.  Circuit training is a great way to combine cardio and strength in a short amount of time.

Boot Camp- This class will work your entire body by quickly moving from one exercise to the next.  Workouts will consist of strength and resistance training, cardiovascular intervals, and Pilates-based core exercises.  Boot camp is designed to take your body to its limit and is as challenging as you make it.  Each class is uniquely designed so you will never get bored!

Pilates- Pilates emphasizes the concepts of core strength.  It is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms, and back.

Power Pilates- This is a “move the furniture” class with your body being the furniture.  While learning how to use proper Pilates alignment, breathing, and the body’s core muscles, you will develop a mind-body relationship that strengthens and tones the body, resulting in better posture, better body awareness, and overall well being.

Power Stretch- This class will combine intense stretching exercises with mat-based Pilates exercises.  Our aim is to lengthen the muscles, then tone them, as we assist you in moving from a dysfunctional to a functional body.

Strength and Pall Pilates- This class combines weight-based strength training, traditional resistance training, and ball-based Pilates exercises.  Some classes will focus on a particular muscle group, while others will provide a circuit style whole body workout.

Zumba/Cardio- This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes, and thighs. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! 

Zumba- Ditch the workout and join the party!  Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow calorie burning fitness dance party.  Come and be inspired while burning calories to some amazing international Christian music.

Fitness class attire description-  All you need to participate is modest comfortable workout clothing and tennis shoes. Equipment for each class is provided. Optional is a water bottle to keep hydrated!
