Scheduling and fees

Counseling offices are located on-site at Traders Point and off-site on the northwest side of Indianapolis. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Jim Craig, Paul Ober, or Stephanie Castle, or for more information, call 317.769.5557.

Cost

Counseling at Traders Point is not free, but is affordable. The cost for one hour of counseling is $80. We provide an itemized bill at the end of each counseling session, and payment is due at that time. We accept personal checks, as well as Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. (For MAP-qualified persons, the cost may be much less. See the MAP details below.)

Insurance

To keep costs low, we do not accept insurance. Upon request, we can provide the information (diagnosis codes, etc.) necessary for clients to file their own forms. Reimbursement goes directly to the client.

Membership Assistance Program (MAP)

Members, visitors attending, and those referred by Traders Point Christian Church members are automatically qualified for the Members’ Assistance Program (MAP). The goal is to make Christ-centered professional counseling immediately accessible and affordable.

• The counseling fee is $80
• Traders Point will pay 100% for the first counseling session and up to 50% of the cost for five additional sessions
• Traders Point will also pay 100% for professional consultations. These are designed for our church’s leaders and members who are working with others (e.g. a youth sponsor counseling a defiant teen, a life group leader trying to minister to a troubled person in his/her small group, etc.)
