Crisis Intervention

Many individuals have grown up in families characterized by abuse and neglect. Even good families can fail to teach the skills necessary for coping with depression, anxiety, and fear. Premarital Counseling

Many churches (Traders Point included) wisely require engaged couples to get basic premarital testing and counseling. Premarital counseling from a Christian perspective, offered both in group and individual formats, clarifies the meaning and purpose of marriage, assists couples in preparing to take their vows, and encourages them to learn and practice healthy communication, conflict resolution, and spiritual life skills.
