Brad leads the production team to produce excellent audio, lighting, and video.

Family: An amazing wife, Melanie, who puts up with my obsession with technology, and two wonderful kids: James and MacKenzie. James takes after his mother with his sweet demeanor, and MacKenzie, on the other hand, takes after her father (I'm in a lot of trouble, come middle school). 

Hometown: Naperville, Illinois

Career Background: I got my start in Chicago with both national and regional sound companies. After touring for a bit, I began helping out in the tech booth at the church I grew up attending; a little while later, the church brought me on staff. Two years later, after a marriage and with a baby on the way, my wife and I decided to explore other ministry options; that exploration lead us to Grace Community Church in Noblesville, Indiana. For the last seven-and-one-half years, I have served in many technical capacities, most recently as the Audio and Lighting Systems Director.

Hobbies: fishing, bowling, softball, and bocce ball.

Best part about his job: Serving alongside GREAT volunteers and leading them to create environments that draw the congregation into worship.
